When you submit the contact form, we process only the data necessary to establish communication:

• First and last name
• E-mail address
• Company name (optional)
• Content of your message

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your personal data solely to respond to your request, send a price quote or provide a free expert consultation on AI solutions. The legal basis is a pre-contractual relationship, legitimate interest or your explicit consent given by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form.

4. Retention Period and Security

The security of your data is our absolute priority. As certified security experts (CISSP), we guarantee that all data received through our form is stored securely, is not stored in public cloud systems and is not shared with any third parties without your explicit consent. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to handle your request, usually no longer than 12 months.

5. Your Rights as a Data Subject

You have the right to request at any time:

• Its correction, update or complete erasure
• Restriction of its processing
• Withdrawal of your consent to processing (which may, however, end our communication)
